This Thursday, 9.26, I’ll be dropping a limited run of my second jean cut, the Wythe. Made from a beautiful 13oz classic indigo from Cone Mills iconic White Oak factory, their "1968" denim was tried, true, and loved for generations.
The cut itself is heavily influenced by some of my style icons; leading men of the 1950s. Two in particular, Sydney Poitier and Paul Newman, epitomized an effortless elegance that combined sartorial restraint with their own understated flair.
The clothes didn’t suffocate the peronalities; they elevated them. With its higher rise and relaxed, true straight leg silhouette, the Wythe will strike a balance between refined tailoring and comfortable wearability.
It’s an homage to the polished finish of Hollywood’s golden era, infused with modern styling, heritage inspired ruggedness and world class fade potential.
Class. Style. And a bit of good old American grit. Everything you've come to know and love about your friends at FITTED Underground. Available in standard size 30-36 and 38, and custom size.
