FITTED Underground was born in 2014
from a simple frustration:
Jeans that didn't fit.
So we set out with a goal:
Make the best fitting jeans in the world.
We discovered something simple:

that crafts heritage inspired
jeans, shirts and jackets
in our workshop.

Three ways to get fitted
1. Standard
For standard sizing. Premium Japanese selvedge, made in Brooklyn, ships now.
2. Custom
For non-standard sizing. Your exact measurements, our in-house designs, cut and sewn to order.
3. Bespoke
For the discerning few. You choose the fabric, thread, hardware and cut. We build it from scratch.

We make everything ourselves. That's not common. That's the point.
Most brands design here and manufacture somewhere else. We do both. All our jeans, shirts and jacket are made in the same building, on the same block, with the same team.
Born here. Made here.
That means when your jeans need alterations, we know exactly how they were built. When they need repairs, we darn them to replicate the existing fade pattern — by hand, with intention. When you want something nobody else has, we build it from scratch.
