ADJUSTMENTS BEFORE 90 DAYS
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase and offer free alterations for 90 days from your purchase date.
Prior to returning a garment for adjustments, we suggest wearing your custom jeans at least one full day before and after washing to identify all fit issues, and at least three full days for heavier weight denim.
If the fit still isn't right, please contact us to let us know what the issue is. Then either:
- Schedule an appointment to drop off your jeans at our workshop; or
- Create a free shipping label and mail us your jeans.
ALTERATIONS AFTER 90 DAYS
If you require alterations after 90 days, or for other denim brands, we do provide alteration services. Please see the next page for details.
